The Office of Institutional Advancement is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Young Professionals Under 40 that ROAR.
This achievement recognizes individuals who attended Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», who are under the age of 40 and who are contributing to advancement in a variety of areas. The selected alumni represent rising entrepreneurs, influencers, creators, professionals, and executives who shape culture, lead their communities, excel in their fields, and who pave the way for what comes next.
Eligible nominees must be under the age of 40 as of August 1, 2025. To submit a nomination, complete the form below. A candidate only needs to be nominated one time. Multiple nominations will have no bearing on selection. In 200 words, each nominator will be asked to brag on their nominee by sharing why they are nominating them.
NO SELF NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED! FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ACCURATELY. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A DISQUALIFICATION.
Eligibility
– Has an earned an undergraduate degree from Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»
– Under the age of 40 as of August 1, 2025
– Is willing to submit a headshot, if selected, that can be published by units within Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»
Selection Criteria
Honorees will be selected based on the following:
– Seeks to uphold the ideals manifested in the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Ethical and Spiritual Values.
– Demonstrates a commitment to maintaining a lifelong relationship with Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» and has contributed to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» (contribution, time, talent, or treasure).
– Has made an impact in their professional areas, communities, philanthropic endeavors, and/or Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³». Examples of such include but are not limited to the following:
Company achievement or notable career growth (senior position, position of significant influence, fast riser, etc.)
– Elected office
– Board service
– Noteworthy, published works
– Successes in entrepreneurship, business, nonprofit, etc.
– National media coverage
– Outstanding civic involvement, leadership, or recognition
– Thought to be a leader, influencer, or “voice” in field/industry
Nomination
Nominations will be accepted from anyone including faculty, staff, alumni, community and friends of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³».

– July 3rd – July 11th : 2025 Nominations Open.
– July14th – July 23rd: Nominees Application Period.
– August 1st: 2025 honorees announced. All nominees will receive communication.
– August 23, 2025: 2024 and 2025 Presentation and Celebration.
