What is Portable Steam Sauna?
For thousands of years steam baths have been used to relax and invigorate the human body. Ordinarily this form of health welfare was only available to the rich and privileged, but now this ancient method of healthcare is now available for you for use in your own home with the inflatable steam sauna.
Well, the good news is that there is no installation, no plumbing and no specialised electrical connection required. Simply fill the steamer with water and assemble the frame and steambath. Place a chair (not supplied) in the sauna and then connect the steamer to the bathtub. Then, plug the steamer into the plug socket, sit back and enjoy.
Steam at about 45 degree's C is produced from the inflatable steamer that is controlled by its own timer and introduced into the totally enclosed bathtub. You do however have useful 'hand holes' which allow a book or magazine to be read whilst enjoying the bath.
What will Portable Steam Saun do for you?
Soothing and warm steam from the Steam Sauna lets your muscles unwind and eliminates stiffness and fatigue. As the Steam Sauna works, blood vessels dilate, improving circulation and increasing cardiac output (without extra stress being placed on the heart). Toxins surrounding injuries and excess fluid in joints are returned to the blood stream, relieving symptoms for sufferers of rheumatism and arthritis. The Steam Spa also increases your metabolism, burning more calories -you'll sleep better, work better and above all - you'll feel better.
